For comptemplative artists, who do not have their own sites, M & P is happy to offer them a space to present their art.

Although our site is Buddhist oriented, we are open to all traditions, all inspiration, and even in the absence of tradition, to the inspiration and sensitivity of the artist's work.

It is well to note that most of those who are Buddhists in the west, are newly come. And we bring with us our spiritual roots or morals despite our newfound faith. Our advice is, rather than break with our origins, the adoption of the Buddhist faith can rejuvenate the best of the traditions already in us from our family and cultural heritage. For some, it is a lay humanism, for others, wisdom, devotion and christian or muslim compassion.

The attitude of Elisabeth Lambry-Demange is a fine example, a witness of greatness of spirit, which we can all but hope to imitate.

We hope this page will grow in the future, and will reflect different creations of contemplation which will continue to inspire.
